SHURIKEN now attempts direct live read from the configured Google Sheets. If Google access is blocked, it keeps the last valid snapshot and clearly shows SNAPSHOT / SYNC ERROR instead of pretending data is live. Secure writes, shared users and PostgreSQL history still require the backend connection.
